YELLOW FABRIC

(2020, series)

The project is a series on demolishing a never finished concrete structure in the inner part of Budapest, Hungary. At first, the skeleton is seen with yellow fabric for dust protection. Then the structure is torn down. The last image shows the empty lot with the concrete and steel remains. The aestheticizing of this process draws attention to the urban environment and the waste of resources. The series received first prize at the 2020 Timișoara Architectural Biennal.
